The house has individual tintable louvre windows, accescontrol, and build in ambiant sounds. To create a nice ambiance, the two story house is fitted with 2 fireplaces with temprezzed fires. Its super cosy to sit inside when its raining outside!  the house has a build in rainmode, with rain on the patio and actual water dripping down the windows!.

• The build uses 274 solid prims, and 24 temp-rezzed prims for the fires. (those can be turned off).
• It is available for 4800 Linden dollars and comes with a rezzbox for easy installation.
• The house is copy, but no mod or trans.
