Our 18th sim has arrived! It is  an open region (water sim) south of Pacifico Central, named Pacifico Central 1. Our plan is to devote this sim mostly to surfing, and we will be testing some waves - including the famous "epic waves" - to see which one performs the best in this environment.

 

Also, our 19th region was just ordered today, and it will be placed south of Puntarenas 1. It will be a residential sim, also keeping with the theme of "hilly jungle and beach," similar to the other Puntarenas sim.  Please make sure to tell your friends that there will be new properties available in Costa Rica soon. The prices will be as follows: L$29,000 per 4,096 sqm. plot.  Tiers will remain the same at L$7700.
