Well, it’s been one hell of a couple weeks in Costa Rica!! First the 17th sim arrived, Puntarenas 1, and sold out in 5 days! We’ve been helping new residents become settled, such as Stormy and IronGut McCallister, FreeSpirit Rhode and Dane Tolsen, Delilah Buscaylet and Unlucky Anthony, and Jake Jameson. We've been also helping other residents expand or move from one parcel to another, like Hutto Oh, Maxie Daviau, and Jeff Hermans. When's #18 coming? People want to live here with us! Woohoo!

If you’re not aware, there are 2 other places that residents can enjoy on our estate, compliments of residents, Carmichael Caudron and Krissy Sinclair: Edasa Eales and Geko Stoop. Carmichael and Krissy have created an entertainment complex at their water sim, Isla Venado, complete with balloon rides, basketball, beach activities, dancing, and will be adding DJ and live entertainment in the future. They have opened this to the public, listed it with SL places, and are excited to share their dream with all of us. Go visit! The pictures below might just tempt you.

Edasa and Geko have been busy beautifully landscaping their large parcels of land on Puntarenas and would like to share its glory and activities will all our residents. I think my old home looks wonderful underwater....I’m glad I sold it to them and they were able to make it more beautiful than I ever could. There's incredible landscaping to catch your eye, lounging areas by the lagoon, and even a stable complete with horses. Go enjoy their paradise and lose yourself in its natural beauty. The estate builder, Rawly Rousselot, has been busy with not only his own residence here on the estate but also on the sims of Guanacaste and Alajuela improving our grounds. See the grounds surrounding the clubhouse and the gorgeous stone pathways through Alajuela leading to the public beach on Guanacaste.

Did you know we have another DJ living on the estate? Yes, and he tends to play a different genre of music than our beloved Kromus and Azu. IronGut McAlister and his partner Stormy have hosted the first two of Friday night parties at their new home on Puntarenas 1. The parties were well attended by residents and nonresidents as you can see from the pics below. Apparently, after 9pm, the party becomes a “tata” event. The stripping poes were rezzed and guest peeled off their clothing, optional of course. For some reason, Iron thinks I’m going to take my top off if he keeps playing Nickleback tunes. Maybe some day...if I’m in the right mood and I have the right people cheering me on!

Lastly, I wanted to mention the steamy romances that are brewing around our estate these past few weeks. I’m sure there’s many I don’t know about nor do you want me to know about but here are the ones I do!

My good friend and model co-worker, Peter Nezveroz officially partnered with DzinWiz Babii, the mastermind behind this website and a member of CR staff. They have been building and decorating at least two parcels within our estate with great detail and taste. Congratulations to you two!! I'm looking forward to your wedding party soon!

I understand that FreeSpirit Rhode and Dane Tolsen are newly partnered and have recently purchased land in our estate on the newest sim. Congratulations to you and I’m looking forward to getting to you know you both better.

My very close friend, Carmichael Caudron and model co-worker, Krissy Sinclair, have recently partnered and we congratulate them and wish them a long and happy future. You deserve this happiness bro! You make an awesome team.

Well, there's a few more people I have a few specks of dirt in my eye about but I need a scoop full before I can share. LOL
Oh, and if you're wondering about me...I told people at Brian's incredible housewarming party last night that you may even read about me in my own column someday soon. Keep your eye out...you may just see me around with a very special friend. Wink!
