This was probably the most professionally orchestrated fashion show I've participated in so far in my relatively new career as a model. The time that was spent preparing and practicing was a huge commitment, but well worth it. Miko Omegamu is a designing woman who knows exactly what she wants and has an incredible knowledge base of what is available in Second Life. My jaw dropped when I saw how different I looked from my usual appearance, in a good way of course. It dawned on me that the possibilities for playing this "game" is endless. I wish I had pictures to share of the actual show, but, sorry....I was concentrating on my work. You know, it's not as easy as it looks up there! I do, however, have some pics of the set which was amazingly created by my talented boss, Maddox DuPont. In fact, when I teleported to the agency, I thought I was in the wrong place. You'll see why below!

That was the runway coming out of the backstage area. This is the "after party" and the lawn chairs and some topiaries were removed to expand the flooring to both sides. Now that picture was taken INSIDE the agency. Do you see the umbrella at the end of the runway??

This was it. Isn't that inviting and refreshing to see that precious sleeping kitty and the fresh lemonade?? That cat slept the whole time and mewed when touched. I did wonder who the empty chair was for, but no one was brave enough to occupy it.

Yes, that our DJ, Kromus Korobase, doing his job at this lovely, innocent, carefree event with an "almost" naked picture of himself rotating around in front of the set. I found it amusing!

Yes, people came to party in all sorts of attire. Above we have Kmadd Enterprise's Kirk Claymore attempting to fit in with the French Country theme but received comments from the crowd saying he looked ready to deliver the morning paper or ready to sweep the first chimney of the day! Our estate's CEO, Giancarlo Takacs, attended in Neko parts??? Were you trying on things for our resident's, Mandalanda Allen's , rez day party that evening or did you confuse "Neko" with the designer "Miko"? Oh, and I don't know her but what's up with the angel, Lolla Honi, with the goose in the golden cage??
