February Designer's Showcase

It was a fabulous afternoon of fashion and fun, when RUNWAY Productions showcased the terrific designers of the Costa Rica Commercial District. The setting was perfect, a casual atmosphere at the beach, where onlookers were encouraged to relax and have a seat around the wonderful build by Rawly Rousselot, while watching the Fashion Show of the Weekend.

With the Summer months quickly approaching, as well as the Mr. Costa Rica Sims Pageant just a little under two weeks away, what a better way to celebrate the weekend that a fashion show dedicated to some of the best male fashion on the grid. The models were practically perfect, showing designs by Kal Rau, Vitamen, and Get Butch. Beginning with the designs of Kal Rau, we saw some amazing ensembles that epitomized classically casual menswear.

As the show progressed, we were able to see some of the amazing swimwear from Get Butch that they have available for men this season. If the afternoon sun hadn’t made the afternoon steamy enough, the RUNWAY models were there to ensure the temperature rose in a fantastically fun display of flesh and fashion.

For a final run, the men strutted down the runway wearing designs by Vitamen. Known for their superior undergarments, the men were able to prove to the audience beyond any shadow of a doubt that sultry undergarments aren’t just for women anymore. Ending the show on a high note, Vitamen’s wetsuit was showcased by Costa Rica’s own Clyde Saunders, showing us the perfect beachwear for surfing the Costa Rican waves.

Once the show had ended, the afternoon was turned over to our favorite DJ, Azufr3 Catteneo, for his incredible tunes and a fantastic party. Residents and friends danced their hearts out, as laughter swelled with the tides rolling in, marking this yet another fabulous afternoon in Costa Rica.
