Love Is In Costa Rica

Love is in the air, at least it was in abundance on Valentine’s Day on the Event Sim during the Ladies’ Society First Annual Valentine’s Ball.  Dozens of Costa Rica Residents, as well as their guests, made their way to the Event Sim for yet another fabulous occasion that the Costa Rica Sims has become synonymous for.

As romantic music wafted through the air, couples and friends took the hands of their partners for an afternoon of dancing and socialization.  The community came together not only in Celebration of this festive holiday, but together as a family and closely knit community that shares a love of good music, and good company.

The whimsically romantic setting was provided by Rawly Rousselot, a tremendous built that seemed to capture the atmosphere to perfection.  Dozens of varieties of tulips, roses and wild flowers sprinkled the grounds in patterns that inspired the quickening of hearts and spawned stolen kisses, and a symphony of laughs as the afternoon glow of the sun illuminated the grounds.

“The ball was held at another breathtaking build by Rawly. The flowers were beautifully sculpted into hearts surrounding the dance floor and pathway. Live entertainment was excellent. People were dressed in their best and having a fantastic time. Love was definitely in the air,” explained Colleen Bracken.

If the company and the atmosphere wasn’t enough to etch the afternoon into memory, The Costa Rica Sims provided a photographer to capture portraits of the afternoon’s couples, ensuring that this memorable occasion would sit on the mantle of everyone’s hearts for nights to come.  If you haven’t had the chance to see them yet, the portraits are on display in the Ladies’ Lounge in the Estate Mansion.

For anyone who was unable to attend the party, have no fear, there will be more events to come.  We did, however, miss seeing you there.  Until the next time, Costa Rica…

Hasta la Proxima
