On Saturday, January 3, Clyde Saunders SLebrated his first rezday.  The Costa Rica Events sim hosted the event, and it was transformed into a fairytale setting.  The theme of the party was, "Princes and Princesses:  Royalty Through The Ages", and the guests enjoyed wearing costumes that represented several cultures from many different times in history, and diverse areas of the globe.

Upon arriving at the sim, guests found themselves on the deck of a Spanish Galleon, docked in a medieval village.  They were greeted by HarMonica Aabye, who instructed them to make their way down the gangplank, through the village, and up the mountain to the castle.


Once inside the castle, attendees were entertained by Summer Deadlight, who DJ'd the first, and then our very own estate DJ, Azufr3 Catteneo took over for the second half of the fiesta.

Costa Rica is known for being one of SL's most fashionable communities, and Costa Rica parties are some of the most lavish on the grid.  Clyde's rezday party drew a large crowd of both Costa Rica residents and nonresidents, thanks to Clyde's involvement with the SL fashion community.  From Barbarella Fuosing as Cleopatra, to Anessa Stine, Primrose Morgwain, and Boe Cortes as European Medieval and Renaissance courtesans, to Marc Monteague as a Native American king, the costumes mirrored the diverse ethnic background that has made Costa Rica an international playground.

Although the Costa Rica Events sim has on ly been online for a short time, it has been home to some of SL's best parties.  Clyde's rezday SLelebration proves that, whether a Costa Rica resident or not, people love to come to Costa Rica to enjoy all that the estate is known for, and that's friends, fashion, and fun.
