Estate Status Report

Hello friends,

WOW! Only a few days left until our first year anniversary festivities take place. All the members of the different event Committees are working extra hard to bring you a weekend-long celebration promised to be full of fun.

There are a few reminders in preparation for our Anniversary Weekend:

If you’d like to enter the "Dream Of A Mermaid" Treasure Hunt and compete for the 5000L$ cash prize, contact Sunshine Zhangsun and register!

For the Miss Costa Rica Sims Pageant, we will have limited seating. Therefore, if you’d like to attend, please contact Harmonica Aabye

There will be an art festival during the anniversary weekend. If you are an artist and would like to exhibit your work, please contact Krissy Sinclair or Knor Lane.

I would like to welcome a few people. First, we welcome Kal Rau, who has just moved his main store to our La Fortuna 2 Sim. I've been a fan of his designs for a long time and I am sure all of you will be very soon as well! :D

The Executive Team welcomes two new members, Sunshine Zhangsun and Clyde Saunders. You might know Sunshine as the owner of the largest house around our estate… well, because that was not enough, she is now my Executive Assistant! :) Clyde is our new Event Manager. Many of you know him as a successful model and a fashionista, or as I like to call him, the male version of HarMonica, since I have not met anyone that loves fashion as much as those two.

Our Tier System, the Star Pay ATM, has been having some issues for the past few months; i.e. not sending reminders of tier day, not sending confirmation mails with tier payment and not updating the info on some parcels. All attempts to contact the scripter that created it have gone unanswered, so we decided that it makes more sense to build a new one. Our fellow resident, Rufferto Rutherford, is building what promises to be a better tier machine. We will begin testing it in the coming days and will keep you posted on the results. For now, please continue to pay your tier payments as usual, using the Star Pay System. Tiers are due the 1st of each month, as usual.

The Estate experienced a small decrease in land sales during the month of August. This is normal due of the high tourist season in Europe and the summer months in the USA. Even so, we now have residents from 29 different countries, Estonia and Turkey are the latest ones. So tere tulemast koju and Eve Ho? Geldin guys :)

Two of our residents got married, best wishes from all of us to Almerico and Thea!


For the September Rezz party, we will go country for the first 30 minutes and then Azu will bring the house down with his hot tunes. We have invited a wonderful singer, Bryn Triellis, to bring the country flavor to next month’s party. Clyde has decided to have all rezz parties on the first Sunday of each month so September’s party will be on the 7th at 1PM SLT. The location this month will be at our horse farm. Hope to see you all sporting those country boots and hats! :D

Finally, I would like to welcome our new residents to the Estate: Adrian, Anessa, Bora, Christian, Cindi, Diba, Elric, Gabrielle, Gahum, Hybrid, Izabela, JAQuinn, Jonas, Krla, Lea, Pax, Pleione, Maxim, Mercedes, Rocco, RosieL, Royal, Saleena, Shogun, Solitaire, Stephen, Summer, Wild, Willi, Winirose & WK. Welcome home all!
