Status Of Our Estate

Hello Residents and Friends,
 
I would like to update you on the status of our Estate and share important news. 
 
First, we have exceeded our goal of reaching 40 sims before the end of Q3. With 2 months to go before the end of Q3, we are at 48 sims. 
 
Overall, other Estates across SL are reporting big losses. In contrast, we are achieving unprecedented growth and are profitable. 
 
The new shopping district is now complete and I would like to welcome all the new designers: Tres Jolie, WMD, Ju Ju's Closet, Namiko, House Of Gestures, R.A.T., Jador Fashio, Acoustic Alchemy, Damiani, Scarlet Creative, Patrizia Blessed Collection, Kal Rau, Scout It, DiBoutanicals, Bolero, Maitreya, Tonic, JCNY, Dimension Designs & Untamed Photography.
 
I am very pleased to announce that we have our first main store here at the Costa Rica Sims and could not be anymore happier to have Jeeper’s Creepers, founder Eponymous Trenchmouth. Epy, as I call him, is a dear friend, someone who I know from my earlier days in SL, and one who I owe a lot. I want to send a special thanks to him for the trust he has placed into our Estate and into moving such a well known brand to Costa Rica.
 
Also, within  our new shopping district, we have our Land for Sale store, making it easier for visitors to find the few parcels for sale around our Estate, plus our new first cantina. We hope in the future to make it a place where residents will gather and we plan on bringing live entertainment and singers there to perform for residents and friends of the Estate.
 
Big Kuddos go to Rawly for the design and construction of the new shopping district. He has really outdone himself AGAIN! Rawly will post a more detailed blog about our new shopping district later on.
 
Some of you may know that the Costa Rica Sims will be one year older next month. The Executive Team is working hard into making this weekend long celebration into a grand experience. The conclusion of the weekend affair will include the Miss Costa Rica Sims pageant. I would like to take this opportunity to once again congratulate all the contestants on participating in the pageant and wish them the best of luck.
 
A new amenity has been added to the Estate. Many of you have seen the different balloons around our Estate. We would like to thank Micha DeCuir for all the hard work she put into creating 110 routes around Costa Rica. Please try out the balloons and enjoy the fruits of her labor.
 
Also, the Arenal Volcano, situated next to our horse farm, is erupting once again thanks to our fellow resident Zane Trevellion. He has also created the Costa Rica taxi, a hud device making it easier for all of us to travel around our Estate.
 
And finally I would like to send a warm welcome on behalf of all of us to our new residents. Amaria, Cesarm, Colleen, Corialote, CQ, Crafty, Javier,Nym, Del, Dmystic, Elenna ,Evan, Evane, Hammer, Heika, Ivy, Jjake, Kal, Lars, Nomad, Primrose,Rock, Taylor, Tysus, Sebastian, Selena, Sunshine, Suzee, Tammy, Toby, Tal and Zayne. Welcome Home guys! hoooo!
