As the most beautiful estate in Second Life® keeps growing, we now feel the need to create an experienced and professional Land Sales Team comprised of individuals who understand what Costa Rica Sims is all about and have experience in the land sales business. We are looking for candidates with proven territory sales experience. 

Requirements for team members we want as part of the Costa Rica Sims Land Sales Team are:

•    Minimum of 6 months in Second Life®
•    Must have sufficient knowledge of Second Life®
•    Knowledge & enthusiasm to promote everything Costa Rica Sims has to offer
•    Sales experience
•    Self motivated
•    Eagerness to learn
•    Competitive by nature, but also a team player
•    Must possess great communication skills and an outgoing personality
•    Ability to work a minimum of one out of four 4-hour shifts on a daily basis
•    Ability to use voice if needed
•    Ability to speak another language is desired, but not required

 Costa Rica Sims Land Sales Team Compensation include:
 
•    Rewarding upfront commissions up to 25% on each sale
•    Aggressive Monthly Bonuses
•    Opportunities for advancement within the Costa Rica Sims Executive Team based on your performance.
