Due to the increasing number of residents and vendors in Costa Rica, it has become necessary to change our policy on the distribution of group notices. Effectively immediately, only members of the Costa Rica Executive Team will have the ability to distribute group notices. Please note the new guidelines for below:
Vendors – To help Costa Rica vendors promote their merchandise, we will be publishing a weekly blog on sales, updates and upcoming vendor events. All vendors wishing to have their information featured in the weekly release should prepare a notecard with relevant information and textures and forward to HarMonica Aabye for posting. The blog will be posted on Monday morning of each week. Deadlines for providing posting information in the Friday before.
Residents- Residents wishing to announce a public event and/or have it posted on the Costa Rica event calendar must complete the event posting notecard and deliver to Xochi Tolsen at least one week prior to the event. Public events hosted by residents, events directly related to a residents businesses, events hosted by Costa Rica vendors and special events can be published on the calendar.
Please remember that all residents and vendors can continue to and are encouraged to use the Costa Rica group chat feature.
