Miss Charlotte Bartlett Creates a Line of Homes Inspired by Costa Rica Sims

Hello Residents,

One of the first times that I had a jaw-dropping experience for what people can create here in Second Life was when I discovered the homes by Charlotte Bartlett. Even twelve months later when I see her homes around SL, I still am in awe of her abilities as a home builder. It was a total surprise for me when I was notified that Charlotte was planning on building a line of homes inspired by the beauty of Costa Rica Sims. It is quite an honor that someone of her talent and reputation would choose us as her inspiration.

Scarlet Creative launched in September 2006. Initially a label test, the brand focused on architecture and furniture as Charlotte looked at digital media. Merging the ethos of real life standards into virtual products, they brought their wealth of design experience with a RL team who joined the project Charlotte started. Charlotte Bartlett originally worked in the investment banking industry and teamed up with experienced RL designers to test the Second Life platform for virtual design.

The latest release is the Scarlet Red House. Designed for the beautiful Costa Rica Sims, this house was inspired by the landscaping and warmth of the country. Cracked plasters in washed terracotta, mosaic floorings, and a bedroom that whispers luxury. Scarlet Creative's market tends to be the high end luxury living within Second Life and focuses on low volume high quality products.

The beauty of Costa Rica is reflected in every corner by the work of the Executive Team, but mostly by the devotion of its residents.
