On May 14, 2011 Costa Rica Sims Productions presented an all-star cast featuring the colorful and fun designs of Shinichi Mathy of Shiki! The designer Shinichi Mathy  of Shiki brought an exciting and fun line that will have you running out to fill your summer wardrobe with these vibrant designs! Thanks to the support of this incredible SL™ designer CRSP was able to bring to the audience an amazing fashion showcase!

 Hosted by the lovely Samantha Ohrberg and DJ’d by the talented Lincoln Garnet the show was a huge success. This show had so many beautiful fashions, and for those of you that missed it lets take a quick recap of the great outfits you really must have!

 If you are the type of girl that likes to make a statement when she arrives then you will love the outfit Skylei Caproni wore, Juniper in Moana girl by Shiki.  The cool teal slim skirt falls seductively above the knee and is matched perfectly with a contrasting magenta halter.  The halter has a great crossed detail that draws the eyes up to your stunning curves. Skylei would be the life of the party in that racy look!

 Brendan Macarthur usually looks amazing but in Shiki’s Funky Tropics ensemble he looeds even more yummy!  The lemon yellow and cool blue hues in the floral Funky Tropics shirt are is perfect match for the coordinating cotton pants that it was paired with.  The ensemble would be a perfect choice for all of your weekend events and trust me you are sure to turn heads when you wear this look!!!

 Having fun in the warm Costa Rica sun was Tanaya Baxton in Shiki’s Pualani dark sunset  the tropical Hawaiian print sundress is created in a vibrant  a fuchsia and yellow print that would turn all heads on the beach.  With the shoulder baring top that flowed effortless into the three-quarter length skirt decorated at the waist with large hibiscus flowers that would enhance all of your sexy curves.

Fun and Festive was the best way to describe LesPaul Ibanez in Shiki’s Sea blue Knit Polo and exotic denim Shorts.  The rolled-up denim shorts are imprinted with a tropical print and the cool blue knit top is cut slim to show off LesPaul’s entire perfectly toned abs.  

If you are looking to turn heads then you will love the sexy ensemble Rusalka Callisto was showing.  Shiki’s Honolulu Chic the slim yellow mini skirt was paired perfectly with the brilliant tangerine orange halter top.  The halter has a plunging neckline that meets with the wide ornate golden belt that cinched her waist and shows off all of her exquisite curves. 

Looking well-turned-out the handsome Clyde Saunders in Shiki’s Cardigan Outfit impressed.  The noble violet hue of the button down cardigan was a perfect choice to pair with the tropical print pants.  Layered over a pale yellow oxford and finished with a vibrant purple tie that one is must have for the upcoming season.

Every Costa Rica lady needs a fashionable summer sundress and Skylei Caproni showed one in Shiki’s Waikiki Chic in a dreamy Coral Green silk.  The fitted bodice is decorated with delicate flowers placed perfectly at the waist that flows into a full knee length skirt perfect for those hot summer days on the island.

A classic line in a cool crisp spring yellow is what Brendan Macarthur showed in Shiki’s Azure Blue Plumeria suit.  The tailored suit is created in a cool tropical print that compliments the thin cut jacket and trousers.  Layered over a crisp white oxford and finished with a matching tie this is one must have for every island boy this season.

Tanaya Baxton walked the stage in Shiki’s Jura ensemble.  The look is perfect for a day of shopping with the girls in the square.  Combining crisps white trousers with a fresh and fun silk top make this one eye-catching look.  The sleeveless top is created with the softest silk with a large cowl neckline that drew attention to her stunning beauty.   The whimsical lavender print adds a fun flair to the splendid summer look!!

Les Paul returned in Shiki’s Plumeria Pink ensemble.  The warm sensuous colors in the tailored oxford are a perfect match for the dark kakhi shorts.  The shorts fall right at the knee accenting his well-toned muscles. This is one must have for all your summer events!!

Rusalka Callisto came back in Shiki’s Blossoms dress in a flirty Purple Moon floral print.  The innocent yet flirty dress combines a shoulder baring bodice that flows effortlessly into a ruffled skirt.  The wide black leather belt is a perfect match for this tantalizing design adding a bit a drama to this sweet design.  To complete the look five dainty flowers adorned the bodice giving it a perfectly finished feel.

Dressed to relax and enjoy the sun and sand was Clyde Saunders in Shiki’s Red Ginger Oahu ensemble.  The classic light khaki pants paiedr perfectly with the bright Hawaiian print shirt.  The button down shirt is created in varied tones of magenta and violet that draws attention to his handsome features.  

Skylei Caproni hit the runway looking spectacular in Shilki’s Amana ensemble.  The lively orange strapless top is adorned with a large red hibiscus flower.  The energetic red ton of the flower is carried through to the vibrant slim cut pant.  The look was belted at the waist with an elaborate gold leather belt that accentuated all her seductive curves.

Back to the runway was Brendan Macarthur in Shiki’s Urban Smarts ensemble.  This resort chic look is perfect for those fun days on the island combining a lively printed pant that flawlessly matches the deep green sport coat.  Layered over a crisp white oxford this look would easily take you from day to night!

When in paradise you will want to live up the nightlife and Shiki’s Fantasy Pelered Hibiscus dress is perfect for dancing the night away.  Tanaya Baxton looked simply stunning in the warm and glowing dress with its cap sleeves and subtle V-neck bodice that flows gently into a flower-like skirt.  The movement of the skirt will have all eyes on you when you hit the dance floor.

I imagine all the ladies were looking as LesPaul Ibanez when he entered the room in Shiki’s Blue Hibiscus the bright azure blue print pants were paired perfectly with a matching sport coat that is perfect for those romantic evenings on the island with that someone special.  Layered over V-neck t-shirt with a large pink hibiscus adorning the lapel this was one spectacular look for summer!!

Looking for a perfect outfit for those relaxing Sunday afternoons on the beach then look no farther than the dazzling Rusalka Callisto in Shiki’s Ehme.  This is one must have for your summer wardrobe and in the calm ocean blue version you will light up the room.  The high waist azure blue pants were matched perfectly with a tropical sleeveless top.  The draped neckline on the shirt adds a special touch only Shiki can achieve.  

Island life is all about casual fun in the sun and Clyde Saunders was ready for a day having fun in the sun in Shiki’s Island Style ensemble.  The pulsating print of the slim cut pants combines hues of red, blues and whites.  Coordinated perfectly with the crisp tailored oxford and belted at the waist with a slim black belt this is one look you will choose over and over.

If you are looking for a sexy sundress that can go from day to night then the Kay dress by Shiki is the perfect choice and Skylei Caproni was heating up the scene in this seductive dress.  The one shoulder bodice flows perfectly into the full skirt and the thigh-high slit will have all eyes on you when you saunter into the room.  Decorated with large ornate sky blue flowers this is one dress you must add to your wardrobe.

Have you ever searched for that classic look with an edgy twist for that special evening out?  Then look no further than the dashing Brendan Macarthur in Shiki’s Hibiscus Orange.  The classic white oxford is given an updated look with the addition of a large orange and red hibiscus that adorns the lower part of the shirt.  Paired with tailored khaki trousers this look will make you talk of the resort.

Ready to hit all the sales on the Costa Rica square and beyond was Tanaya Baxton in Shiki’s Floral Suit perfectly tailored this slim cut suit in an effervescent rouge print combines a stylish jacket that falls just below the waist with a pair of slender cut trousers that are cut to the ankle leaving those sexy summer sandals exposed.  

The room was heating up when LesPaul Ibanez returned in Shiki’s Green Passion suit.  The clean lines of this tropical white suit paired with pants that are cut slim to show off LesPaul’s sexy body and they certainly did just that.  The ensemble is embossed with large green and yellow tropical flowers and the matching floral tie created a look the ladies would love.

Rusalka Callisto was a vision of beauty in Shiki’s Couture Hibiscus the pale pink floral design of this gown is exquisite layer upon layer of silk creates a spectacular design and the large hibiscus that adorn the sleeves will have heads turning.  

It was a great show thanks to the talented designer Shinichi Mathy of Shiki, the CRSP models, Hostess Samantha Ohrberg and the shows DJ Lincoln Garnet.  Once the show concluded everyone joined the after party at the Venus Lounge located in the heart of the Costa Rica Sims Colonial Shopping District. It was a great way to spend a day enjoying the beautiful fashions and then socializing with friends and neighbors! All the designs presented are available at the Shiki store in Costa Rica Sims!
