We have some exciting news that we would like to share with you.

New Regions and Ammenities

We are happy to announce that Alajuela 1 & 2 have been sold out and Arenal 1, 2, 3 are already on the market. So far, 2 beautiful girls have moved to those regions, so guys, please stop by and give them a warm welcome to Costa Rica.

On behalf of the entire Executive Team, Gian & I would like to thank Rawly for terraforming these regions and making them some of the most beautiful Costa Rica has ever seen. He was able to create what we believe is the most realistic mountain range and longest horseback riding trail in all of SL. Our picturesque horse stables, within the shadow of the Arenal Volcano, serve as the starting point for our trails and offer breathtaking views of the volcanic eruptions.

These regions are the countryside of the Costa Rica sims and were created with horse and nature lovers in mind. Residents of these regions are allowed to have one horse (115 prims maximum) for free at our stables in addition to their respective parcel’s prim count. It is lush countryside living with open land and only 3 residents per sim, ensuring luxurious privacy.

We are happy to report that we have exceeded our goal of hitting 30 sims by the end of Quarter 3, reaching this goal in Quarter 2. Even though the SL market is experiencing a saturation of real estate, we are confident that we can reach our new goal of 40 sims by the end of Quarter 3.

Azu’s Turnable

We are thrilled to announce that our fellow resident, Azufr3 Catteneo, has his own space on our website, under the About Us section, called “Azu’s Turntable.” Currently, you can snag his first release of a monthly mix titled "A Costa Rican Sunset" which features brand new music as well as popular tunes which you can directly download to your computer or you can listen to from the browser. Now you can put some of DJ Azu's beats straight to your MP3 player! These mixes will also be available as Podcasts (coming soon) which you can subscribe to directly with Itunes to stay fresh on your melodies.
