How did you come to live in Costa Rica Sims?

I came to know Costa Rica through Roe Woodford.  I fell in love with Costa Rica when I first stepped foot on this land.  I found out there was so much that I had been missing.  I love the water and with all the open sims I was able to swim, surf and so many other things that would take up this whole interview.  Costa Rica has so much to offer that I am still exploring after all this time.

What would you tell someone about Costa Rica Sims if they were thinking of moving here?

Well, it’s funny but so many people I have come in contact with really want to know about the lifestyle here on Costa Rica.  I cannot say enough first about the people and how warm approachable and helpful they really are.  The Sims themselves are just awesome with offering so much to its residents.  I can ride a horse, I can surf, and I can take my yacht out if I choose or just sit at Gekko Island and meditate which I do often to help get my creative juices flowing.  There is so much to do on Costa Rica you really don’t want to leave.

Most fun thing you have done as a Ms. Costa Rica Sims?

I would have to say going to some of the great themed parties as allowed me to think outside of the box.  My favorite was sin-city.  I had not seen that movie in ages and I really had a great time with all my friends who were there and we just danced and laughed like there was no tomorrow.

Having participated in the Ms. Costa Rica Sims pageant with you I know all the wonderful ladies and  how much we all enjoyed the experience, along with the sim crashes and rezzing issues, what was your most fun moment and most nerve wracking moment from that experience?

Well my most nerve wrecking was when I could not get my shape back.  I was actually “ruthed” for almost 20 minutes.  I thought to myself “I should just log off because I look horrible”.  But there was a great person who came along in my panic mode and showed me how to get myself back in order; I am so appreciative of that.

The Most Fun moment I had was really hanging out and talking to the other wonderful ladies in the pageant.  With some I was always in IM and we would laugh, make jokes at each other and just keep it warm and friendly and support to each other.

Tell everyone about your MVW experience, what impacted you the most?

I think just the overall pressure impacted me the most and being able to stay calm at all times.  Learning how to deal with the inevitable; poses not working correctly, prims not attaching because of the lag, and being a puff of smoke at times.  But I realized that this is all part of the pageant and to just take a deep breath and just continue to do the best that anyone can.

Scariest moment during the competition?

Well I would have to say when we did the Victoria Secrets tribute to Miaa Rebane.  I had so much lag that I could not pull off a couple of my tricks. I threw a kiss on one of my poses and flowers were to fly out into the audience and of course lag would not allow this to happen, and my wings in another pose were to raise above my head and flutter as my particles were going off, again this did not happen so I didn’t to me give the performance I was aiming for.

Everyone has something to offer in the way of advice when you are new to SL, what’s the worst advice you ever got?

Well when I bought my first piece of land I think it was a 512 and no one explained prims to me.  I bought a house and put it down  low and behold most of my home was given back to me so I only had half of a house, this happened because the house had more prims than the land itself.  I suggest to anyone know how many prims you have before purchasing any homes. (LOL)

What’s the most important thing you bring from your RL to your SL?

I think my integrity as well as my work ethic.  I have been at the same SL job for almost as long as I have been here in SL.

If you could tell all of SL one thing what would it be?

That at the end of the day it’s not about the contest(s) you win, or how many shows you can do or what you do here in SL, it’s all about the friendships you walk away with for these can last a lifetime.
