Costa Rica Sims Productions hosted the House of Beningborough Masquerade Showcase yesterday unveiling new design after design to Costa Rica residents. Bliss Beningborough's collage of designs ranged from glamorous to militant in a dazzling array put on to perfection by the models of our Production team. For those of you that missed this show read on!

First shown was "Demonia", modeled by Payton Heron, a modern styled gown in black and white ornamental patterns leaving shoulders and back exposed. With a mysterious mask the look was completed with HOB Hair Collection "Brit" in black. Another dazzling addition was the newly released "Rochelle" with its shimmering black and silver sequins in a sophisticated abstract pattern. "Rochelle" is available in silver and black or gold and black. Each comes with three skirt options - cocktail, evening straight, and evening trumpet skirt. Miss Costa Rica Sims 2010 Nisa Constantine modeled the cocktail length version of this ensemble, great for those holiday parties coming up!!
Our Nisa shook the runway with a few more outfits throughout the show. Namely another new release called "Sensai" in glorious Indigo. Body hugging with a hand-painted bodice and the skirt has a slight leg opening showing the thigh and hemmed with pieces of matching flexi prims that sway and float around your ankles with every movement. This dress will get you noticed no matter what venue you are attending. Sadly, my pics of Payton in the stunning "Long John" in Black did not turn out [yes I will rectify this later - looks for Pay] but Nisa showed the "Long John" in white to perfection! A militant cut jacket with clever gold epaulettes and rope braiding on the waist. All aboard Matey! Coupled with the "Zulu" pant suit base in black and tall black boots, Nisa is ready to sail! "Goya" a black and gold gown is a sensual masterpiece topped with a ravishing gold and black head piece and made even more unforgettable with the "Sloane Ranger" in onyx from the HOB hair collection.
Candylicious Forster wore the whimsical and lively "Verona" in Lime and Black. The black corset style top is accented with delicate ruffles and poufy sleeves as well as wrist cuffs. The pants are ornamented with little side slits and more ruffles at the calves for that overall feminine impression. Topped with the "Fashion Critic" in blonde from the HOB hair collection this is one chic outfit that can be worn anywhere or for any activity. Candy also showed us her glamorous side with the elegant "Jewel of the Nile" in the bold Sapphire; embroidery and lace-accented fabric forms a symphony and is worthy and elegant enough for a trip along the Nile. Candy also turned heads with "Zulu Pant Suit", Black fishnet lines on a base with gold and black. This outfit is sexy enough to wear to the hottest club but can be paired with accessory in your inventory.

Our new Miss Costa Rica Sims 2011 Reign Congrejo graced the catwalk wearing the stunning "Zulu" gown in jade, an eye-catching and multifaceted sleeveless and close fitting gown that flares out from mid thigh into a full skirt with train. Add the sleeves and collar and it becomes a classically polished affair that would grace any ballroom. Add the mantle and the whole look changes again. The "Zulu" gown is a truly versatile design and one which can be used on a number of occasions. Entering again in "Venice" in Raspberry and Black, this is the dress that will make a statement on the social scene. Petal-like design along the hips and thighs which then flow seamlessly into the long train, a detachable black netting collar or cape can be worn with the gown as well. Once again, Bliss Beningborough offers this dress in various colors so be sure to visit the House of Beningborough in the Costa Rica Shopping District store to view them all. Reign also modeled the new release "Chelsea" in red and black, a stunning evening gown so sensual with a fitted bodice and skirt and topping the luxurious outfit with "Phoebe" in black from the HOB hair collection. Chelsea comes in several color options: Black and White or Black and Red with a solid upper bodice, Blue on Blue, Black on Red and Black on White. With her final look, Reign brought the fantastical to life wearing "Water Dragon", beautifully fitted white gown with blue dragons themselves artfully hidden amongst the rippled blue skirt with a trio of dragons decorating the shoulders and décolletage, draping their wings to best show off the shapely lines of this spectacular gown to create your own mystery and magic.

I heard more than one shout of pleasure at the artfully created works of Ms Beningborough that included plans to purchase some of these outstanding collections. I hope to see many of them at the next formal outing here in Costa Rica Sims. Host Samantha Ohrberg was glorious in "Water Dragon" in purple and white and hair named "Make Some Noise" in black while our event DJ Summer Deadlight wore "Sensai", another new release in Tangerine to perfection. Director Tempest Hennesy blinded all with the brilliance of "Havana" in white.
A truly beautiful presentation and an honor to see the new designs of House of Beningborough and we would like to thank Miss Bliss Beningborough for the privilege. Make sure to visit House of Beningborough in the Costa Rica Sims Colonial Shopping District and don't forget to click the prim by the entrance for a free gift! Until next time Fashionistas!
