Estate Blog Puntarenas 3 Sold Out and New Parcels for Sale

Greetings,
A few quick updates to let you know about. First, we would like to welcome our new residents that have chosen to live in Costa Rica in recent days and become a part of our community. Please give them a warm welcome as you meet them.
Next, we are pleased to announce that Puntarenas 3 has been sold out and the growth of the Estate is continuing along as planned.
Finally, there are 4 new parcels available in our newest sims, Alajuela 1 & 2. Each parcel is 5,120 sqm. with 1,171 prims and L$9,670 tier. As usual, if you know of anyone who would like to purchase a parcel, please have them contact a member of the Executive Team.
