Hello Everyone!
Today we had our 5 new sims delivered (water sims). Why 5 when we first said 4? Well last night we couldn't help ourselves and wanted to test the new land store to see how fast new sims would be delivered. To our surprise, once you order a sim it takes less than a minute to get online. As a result, we now have an additional water sim in the southern most part of the Estate.
As stated before, these new regions will be up for sale once we have terraformed them. They will be rocky islands with ample water around them for privacy. We will offer 3 plots per sim, each being 8,172 sqm. with 1,170 prims. They are L$36,000 with a tier of 9,666 L per month. As usual, we will include the first month's tier in the purchase price.
