Summer is right around the corner and I for one am happy to put the winter behind me. A perfect time for Costa Rica estate to kick off a ton of new scheduled monthly events for the entire community and friends and we sure hope you will all enjoy them and take part.

The Costa Rica Sims Natural Wonders Photo Contest

The Second to the last Sunday, we have “The Costa Rica Sims Natural Wonders Photo Contest” This event is in collaboration with our friends at Moolto (www.moolto.com) and it has a cash prize of L$5,000 for the winner that will be presented to the winner at the party. And it doesn't have to be a photo of just nature specifically. You can capture yourself and friends scuba diving, horseback riding, lounging with the leatherback turtles or watching the birds. Anything that connects you with nature in our beautiful sims. So grab that Costa Rica taxi and start snappin!

We have two groups on Moolto and you do need to sign up for an account to access the pages and enter. It's easy as pie and I will be more than happy to help you out with that. I'll send a group notice with instructions for you all later.

Costa Rica Ladies' Society "Friendship Ball"

As I mentioned in a previous blog, we have hired an amazing singer, Miss Ceci Dover, who will be a regular performer at three of our monthly events. She will open our first event on the 1st Saturday of the month at the Costa Rica Ladies' Society "Friendship Ball". We hope to see all our beautiful ladies and their partners attending this event and know all of you will be amazed by Ceci's voice. And if you are single, well no worries. We also hope to see many single residents attending the ball. So who knows, your new love may be there!

The Community Ball

The second event of the month will be on the 2nd Saturday of the month. Our host, Mr. WK Ganesvoort, will open the doors of his magnificent estate, which is the largest private estate in the Costa Rica Sims, for the "Community Ball". We will be entertained once again by the talented Miss Ceci Dover. Make sure to dress to the nines to feel at ease in this luxurious setting.

The Influentials

The Last Sunday of the month our fashionistas friends from the Costa Rica Sims Productions will bring "The Influentials" a fashion fueled party. We encourage creative and avant garde attire for party guests, since we all know there is no other estate in all Second Life® where more fashionistas live. Music will be provided by our very own DJ Azu.
