Hello Everyone,

Today, we ordered 4 new open spaces (water sims). The following are the names and locations of where these new regions will be placed in Costa Rica:

Pacifico Central 2, South of Pacifico Central 1
Pacifico Central 3, South of Pacifico Central 2
Alajuela 1, South of Laguna Arenal
Alajuela 2, South of Alajuela 1

All of these new sims will have the same basic design in terms of privacy and space. Each sim will be divided into 3 parcels with 1,171 prims. Given that sims have 65,536 sqm. total, this will result in spacious properties. In addition to the design, there will be two themes. First, Pacifico Central 2 & 3 will contain rocky islands with sweeping water views, similar to the RL islands that are found on the western coast of Costa Rica. Alajuela 1 & 2 will be mountainous country land, similar to the central area of the RL Alajuela province. Adding these regions ensures that Puntarenas 2 and the upcoming Puntarenas 3 will have water open for recreation on both sides. This will bring the total number of regions up to 24 since the Costa Rica sims were created in September 2007. This means that the total size of the Estate will be 1,572,864 sqm. total.

Finally, we are contemplating building our 3rd volcano, named Poas. In RL, this volcano has one of the largest craters on Earth and a beautiful turquoise lagoon nearby.
